Cool upon touch, this formula delivers an unique application experience. Using the same technology from our Melting Lip Powder, Hydro Blot Loose Powder contains encapsulated hyaluronic acid which bursts upon contact into the Illite base, a natural mineral powder that absorbs oil. HOW TO USE *For a natural set, dispense a small amount of powder onto the puff applicator. Gently press down powder evenly throughout the face. *For oily skin, dispense a small amount of powder onto the puff applicator and touch up desired areas throughout the day. *Can be used by itself, in combination with CCC Cream, & as a primer before applying CCC Cream.
